Redcatch Construction was appointed halfway through the project to take over not only for the ground works package but also as the principal contractor at The Wharf. In addition to reinstating and correcting drainage and foul water systems, the team managed coordination with all other trades on site, focusing on productivity and ensuring health and safety measures were strictly adhered to. The works also included landscaping and surfacing both the private car park and sections of the adopted highway.

By liaising with all trades and managing site operations effectively, Redcatch ensured minimal disruption and delays throughout the project.

The project was completed to a high standard, ensuring compliance and maintaining the development’s progress.
