Redcatch Construction delivered the design and build of 8 residential apartments at The Old Bank site in Brislington, Bristol. Set on a tight urban footprint beside a busy college, the project required careful management of site logistics and public safety.

The works included full groundworks, foundations, drainage, and service connections, followed by a traditional blockwork build. Mechanical and electrical services were installed to Building Regulations, with internal finishes completed throughout apartments and communal areas.

A dedicated traffic management plan was implemented to maintain a safe environment throughout construction. The scheme was successfully delivered on time and on budget, transforming a redundant site into much-needed new homes for the area.
