Redcatch Construction was appointed as principal contractor to deliver the design and build of a residential development at Chantry View, comprising five four-bedroom detached and four three-bedroom semi-detached homes. Built using traditional construction methods, the project included a complex 6-metre-deep Wessex Water connection and the formation of both private and adoptable estate roads in line with Baines Council specifications.

Scope of works included full groundworks, drainage, road surfacing, and coordination with all trades on site. The development was completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, contributing new family housing to the Stockwood area.
